The Role
As a RPA Automation Developer, you’ll play a key role in optimizing our processes and building innovative solutions. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Optimize processes: Enhance the performance and scalability of RPA/DPA and Power Platform applications.
- Mentor and guide: Share your expertise with junior developers and promote best practices in development.
- Collaborate: Work closely with business teams and stakeholders to design and implement automated solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Review and improve: Assess design solutions from other developers, ensuring they are resource-efficient and impactful.
- Spot new opportunities: Contribute to identifying new automation possibilities that will add value to the business.
- Lead by example: Help streamline processes by offering your subject matter expertise and support across teams.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in RPA/DPA development (UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Platform). Power Platform experience (a plus).
- Proficiency in programming languages like C#, PowerShell, or Python.
- Hands-on experience with process analysis, requirements gathering, and flowcharting.
- A strong understanding of how RPA can solve real business challenges.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
