Responsible for R&B clients and prospects with accountability for retention of clients and supporting business development, overseeing operation. Will manage and develop clients of WTW relationships and grow portfolio within the business unit and will be responsible for targeting and converting prospects into clients. 

Principal Accountabilities

• Conduct Risk: To put the interests of clients and the integrity of the market at the heart of the way you do business

• Lead the team across relevant workstreams; technology development, operations, brand and marketing, change management and our regulatory and compliance obligations as we scale 
• Oversight of, and responsibility for R&B revenue/P&L plans in line with international strategies  
• Oversee and ensure client risks are placed effectively, for the best interest of the client and compliant with WTW policies and standards 
• Collaborate with colleagues across the enterprise to ensure that we develop a compelling proposition which leverages the whole of wtw 
• Draw on expertise within specialist technical teams within the BU and across the Group for clients as required
• Liaise with clients and build strong relationships
• Determine appropriate solutions, structure, price, and placement strategies that meet the clients’ needs and deliver profitable business for a range of clients 
• Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the delivery of service to clients, keeping the user experience at the forefront of the business, to build WTW’s position as the go-to solution in this space. 

The Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree of any discipline.
• Significant experience in insurance industry.
• Demonstrate strategic vision 
• High levels of business and financial acumen with an understanding of company strategy and change management
• Demonstrate the capability for original thought, innovation and continuous improvement
