INCLUSION AND DIVERSITY

Everyone is welcome here.

We’re cultivating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone is heard, respected and valued for who they are because we know it leads to greater decision making, problem solving and creativity.

Team meeting

What Inclusion and Diversity means to us

Inclusion

Inclusion means making every colleague feel welcome and valued by creating a culture of acceptance, belonging and opportunity. We perform better as a business when we connect our people with our company’s purpose and support their success.

Diversity

At WTW, diversity is about more than ethnicity, race, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability and veteran status. It also includes different viewpoints, backgrounds, experiences and geographies.

Colleague inclusion networks

Our inclusion networks inspire everyone who supports our goal of recruiting, retaining and developing underrepresented talent. Each network has two executive sponsors, either at a global or local level, who use their influence to advocate for and advance the mission of the network.

  • Gender Equity focuses on the career development and advancement of women and supports company wide efforts to achieve our Paradigm for Parity commitment.
  • LGBT+ engages colleagues from across the diverse spectrums of sexual orientation and gender identity.
  • Multicultural embraces cultural diversity and builds awareness about the differences in race, ethnicity, religion, language and culture.
  • Black Colleague Connection brings together our Black and African colleagues and allies in the U.S.
  • Workability increases understanding about disability, wellbeing and health-related matters at work.
  • Early Careers Professionals Network creates a community of connected, engaged, well-informed and career-confident young professionals.

“At WTW, I&D isn’t an initiative or program. It’s embedded in our values and how we work and is essential to everything we do.”

Kristy Banas
Chief Human Resources Officer
