The Opportunity

As a Delivery Analyst, you will be combining insights and analytics and shaping strategies that drive organizational transformation. You will contribute to the implementation of new services, and ongoing business by translating business needs into actionable programming and process steps for developers. You will also support and partner with the WTW consulting team across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

What will you do?

Client management 

• Supporting the initiation and implementation of projects with assigned customers.
• Attend client meetings to establish client relationships and ensure a complete understanding of the projects.
• Train and help transition ongoing processing requirements to Client and Application Support teams.
• Provide guidance to other team members regarding best/standard practices.
• Provide guidance/assistance to team members where needed to help ensure issues are resolved by the assigned due date.
• Escalate concerns with the ability to meet due dates to Project Manager.

Data management 

• Maintain and update all requirements documents and communicate back to base team suggestions for changes or enhancements to standard documentation.
• Research issues and cases to determine root causes and provide impact analysis for ongoing issues and changes and requests for new functionality.

Technical applications  

• Responsible for system configuration based on client requirements.
• Work closely with developers to ensure project requirements/requests for changes are understood and within standards.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• A strong eye for detail alongside solid analytical skills (Excel & Basic to Intermediate SQL skills).  
• Proactive collaboration with a global team and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Well organized with strong conceptual problem solving.
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing in English
