Su responsabilidad es desarrollar e implementar la estrategia de colocación de los negocios de P&C y Marine desde el reaseguro trabajando en coordinación con equipos de retail en el crecimiento de wholesale. Además liderará el desarrollo de negocios hipotecarios, facilities en Property y Recursos Naturales, y estudios de cautivas. Tiene exposición con los reaseguradores, las compañías de seguros y nuestro Hub de operaciones en Argentina, así como también con nuestras oficinas de Londres y Miami por lo cual su nivel de inglés debe ser avanzado. Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con Brokers teniendo bajo su responsabilidad a 4 Brokers con experiencia en su equipo.
