The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Broking & Client Servicing Operations Assistant to join our brokerage team at WTW. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in client servicing within the Motor Department and to develop a strong foundation in the insurance sector.

•    Ensure accuracy of Placing Slips, Policy Wordings, Quotes, Endorsements, Debit Notes, Cover Notes, and Summary of Insurances
•    Process and file documents on the systems within required time frame
•    Produce accurate and updated reports to the Line Manager/Account Executive 
•    Understand and discuss client’s requirements with the market, negotiate risks accordingly and obtain the best deal / quote from the market.
•    Ensure adherence to Group Policies and Procedures
•    Ensure Compliance with Local Policies and Procedures 
•    Contribute to the development of new tools and approaches
•    Assist the Business in developing new products
•    Assist with other special projects on an ad hoc basis 
 

The Requirements

•    Minimum Higher School Certificate; further education in business or insurance is a plus
•    0-5 years of experience in the insurance sector or in a related role (internships or traineeships welcome)
•    Fluent in English & French
•    Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
•    Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
•    Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
•    Ability to manage time effectively and support team deliverables under guidance
