In the U.S., we welcome more new retirement clients than our competitors, and our clients stay with us. When you join us as a channel sales lead, new business manager, producer or technical client support officer, you’ll make an impact on business generation from proposal to post-sales strategy. You’ll win new clients, prospect to drive a quality pipeline for HR software products or tackle the world of risk management.
How we work
Our Sales teams drive new business across our organization, and work hard to gain new clients and retain existing ones. We work with 86% of the Fortune Global 500 and offer a huge mix of products and services so there are plenty of opportunities to exercise your sales skills. As a member of our sales teams, you’ll work on everything from transformational M&A and brokerage to modernizing benefits and developing programs for the future of work.
